Not everyone wants to book online, and not every question fits into a booking system. Leave us your number and we will call you back, usually on the next working day during the opening hours of the location you choose.
If you need an appointment quickly, calling us directly or booking online is the shorter route. The call back is for anything that needs a short conversation.
What happens to your details
We store your name, phone number, the selected location, the request type and when you can be reached, nothing else. The details go to the selected location and are deleted once processed, automatically after 30 days at the latest. Please do not enter any information about your condition. We talk about that on the phone or at your appointment, not via a form.
